Dried Ghost Pepper Chilli

10 'hand dried' whole Ghost Pepper chilli pods. Grown by ourselves from genuine seed stock, these pods are 100% genuine and ballistically hot. Crush up to use in small quantities or for the brave pop one in a stew whole. Ghost Pepper or Bhut Jolokia is a former world's hottest chilli packing up-to 1.1million SHU (Scoville Heat Units). This mind blowing heat is preceded by a delicious fruity flavour. Use these dry chillies either whole (if you are brave enough) or in part to spice up any dish. Alternatively crush the chilli pod to make a flake or powder to be added to your cooking.
