Who Are We?
Island Heat Sauces has developed from a love of growing fruit and vegetables and seeking ways to turn these into an array of gorgeous attractive products. We love to make chilli sauces but also like to make different things.
At our heart we love to experiment, such as the use of Asian techniques such as Koji from Japan or Black garlic from Korea. Our products are generally produced in small batches as part of these experiments and as such there will only ever be a limited run whilst we move onto the next experiment.
Here at Island Heat Sauces, we aim to try and grow as much of the produce required ourselves but where we can’t we source as local as possible supporting many of our amazing local producers and for our tropical requirements we use local businesses.
