Originally hailing from the Caribbean, the Scotch Bonnet is closely akin to the Habanero, rendering it a splendid addition to South American dishes as well.

To unleash their vibrant essence, simply immerse a single pod in warm water for 20 minutes to rehydrate, or finely crush or dice and incorporate sparingly into soups, stews, and casseroles.
